Only the firm's principal and a small number of personally invited people, such as colleagues and participants in the firm's recorded interview project. There is no public sign-up form, no purchased list, and no third-party lead source. Nobody is added by texting a keyword to a published number.
Consent is verbal and one to one. Before any message is exchanged, the firm's principal invites the person directly, in person or by phone, in substantially these words:
"I run Grainview Partners, legally ProScale Partners LLC. Would you like to be able to text my assistant? If yes, I'll give you its number and you text it first, it only ever replies to you. You'll get replies only when you text it, so message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and you can reply STOP at any time to stop the messages."Only a person who answers yes is added. The firm's principal then personally gives them the assistant's number, +1 (239) 241-7891, and consent is confirmed by the person's own first text. Any first message works, no keyword is required, and the assistant cannot start a conversation with anyone who has not texted it first.
Frequency varies and depends entirely on the person's own use, typically a few messages within a single exchange. Message and data rates may apply, according to that person's own mobile plan.
Reply STOP to any message to end all messages immediately, reply HELP for contact information, or simply tell the firm and the number is removed.
